Do you have cakes and treats available same-day?
Yes! We receive a lot of last minute requests. We usually have most items available, but why risk it? Reserve your cake now so it can be personalized and ready for you in advance.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. You will receive a text confirming availability once your order has been processed. If the timeslot you requested is not available, we will provide alternate options.
Can I choose specific color decorations for the cake and treats?
Yes! The writing on the cake can be almost any color. If you don’t specify a color, we will use our best judgment to choose one for you. Blue and pink are requested most often. Red, orange, yellow, turquoise, green, and purple are also in high demand. For a custom color, let us know far in advance so we can make and test a specific color.
Treats come in assorted colors and toppings. Decorations may vary from the combinations shown. If you request boy/girl/neutral/specific color combinations, we will select colors that are closest to what you requested from the assortment that is currently available.
Can I order ahead of time? Can I request a specific date and time?
Yes, please! The more lead time you provide, the better we can accommodate your request. Thank you for being organized and planning your celebrations in advance.
Specify a date and time when adding a cake to the cart. If your order does not include a cake, you may enter the date of the party in the notes section at checkout.

Will my cake be made fresh?
Yes! All the cakes are freshly made. We are working round the clock to keep up with demand and doing everything we can to keep them in stock. Order now so we don’t run out!
What size cake should I get?
What size dog do you have? Get that size cake or larger:
One small dog = a small cake, fits Name + Age or HBD + Name
One medium dog = a medium cake, fits Happy Birthday + Name
One large dog = a large cake, fits Happy Birthday + Name or a custom phrase!
Are there multiple dogs at the party? Get a bigger size cake and plenty of treats for everyone.
Want more writing on the cake? Add a colorful cake topper that says “Happy Birthday” or upgrade to a bigger size cake.
What are the most popular treats?
What makes these treats so popular? The pizza bones are thin and brittle, making them easy to break up into smaller portions to accommodate any size dogs. Plus, they have bacon. Yum! The peanut butter cups and cupcakes are soft and moist, and easy to pull apart, slice, or chew, even for tiny dogs or senior dogs missing teeth. These bite size treats are ideal for dogs of all sizes and ages.
How long will everything stay fresh?
Cakes are frozen when you receive them and will thaw within 15 to 30 minutes. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to two months.
Most treats will stay fresh in their packaging for up to two months at room temperature. You can optionally refrigerate or freeze them to extend their shelf life up to six months.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes! We offer baker’s dozen pricing. If you purchase 12 treats, your 13th treat is free! You can mix and match any styles. Any combination of a dozen treats qualifies.
- With 12 treats you get 1 more for free (13 total treats)
- With 24 treats you get 2 more for free (26 total treats)
- With 36 treats you get 3 more for free (39 total treats)
- With 48 treats you get 4 more for free (52 total treats)
- With 60 treats you get 5 more for free (65 total treats)
- And so on… (you get the idea).
What needs to be refrigerated or frozen?
Cakes should be kept refrigerated or frozen until 15 to 30 minutes before serving. Leftovers should be refrigerated or frozen in an airtight container to retain moisture.
Most of the treats can be kept in their packaging at room temperature or can optionally be refrigerated or frozen. The cupcakes and pizza bones should be kept chilled or frozen in an airtight container for optimal freshness. You can give the treats to your dog at room temperature or as a frozen treat, whichever ways your dogs prefer them.
Do I need to heat the pizza bones in the oven?
No, the pizza bones are fully cooked and do not need to go in the oven. You can serve the pizza bones chilled or at room temperature.
Dogs can’t have chocolate. Is that chocolate?
No. That’s carob. We only use dog-friendly ingredients. Carob looks like chocolate and has a similar taste but is completely safe for dogs. (Did you really think a dog bakery would use chocolate?)
Will my dog like it?
Can I eat the cake too? What does it taste like?
Yes! All of the ingredients are human-grade. Many people love to share a slice of the cakes (with their dog’s permission).
It tastes like a vanilla cake. Don’t take our word for it, try it yourself! (If your dog will let you!)

Do you deliver? How much is delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available all throughout the South Bay Area and surrounding cities. Delivery starts at $5. Fees depend on the delivery address, and take distance and time into account.
Add any item to your cart, press calculate shipping, and enter your zip code to see delivery fees to most locations in the South Bay and neighboring regions. If your zip code does not generate a price, text 310-944-3232 for a custom delivery quote.
Do you offer contactless pickup or delivery?
Yes! All staff wear masks for your protection. Please specify if you would prefer contactless pickup or delivery. We will place the items in a designated space for you to safely retrieve them.
Can I tip the person who decorates or delivers my order?
Yes! You may add a gratuity. All tips are highly appreciated. Thank you!
If using Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Cash, you may send any amount above your invoice total. Cash tips may be given in person.
You may also add a tip to your credit card payment at checkout. Now you have the option to send a tip with your credit card separate from checkout. Thank you!
Can I share my photos and tag you in the photos?
Yes! You may tag us in your photos on social media using @redondodog and #redondodog or post the photos in a review on Yelp. Thank you!
Something came up and I need to postpone my party. Can I move it to another day?
Yes. Things happen. Text us at 310-944-3232 to reschedule your order.
How late are you open?
We are open until 8PM. Place your order in advance so that it will be ready for curbside pickup when you arrive or delivery at your preferred time frame.
How do I pay?
Can I pay with cash?
With all of the contactless options available, you would still prefer to pay with cash? Yes, you may pay with cash.
Your order will start to be prepared after your payment has been received. If desired, you may pay with cash in person and wait for it to be prepared or choose to schedule curbside pickup or delivery for a future date.
Can I pay when I pick up the order?
Yes, you may pay at pickup, but it will cause delays. Cakes will not be personalized until they are paid for. Your order will start to be prepared after your payment has been received.
Do I need to place an order?
Yes, please! The sooner you order, the better we can accommodate your request. You already know you want a cake. What are you waiting for? Order it now so it can be personalized and ready for curbside pickup or delivery at a time that is convenient for your schedule.
Most of the cakes and treats are in stock and available for same-day curbside pickup or delivery. It only takes a moment to complete your purchase online or text your order to 310-944-3232. Your order could be ready in as few as 15 minutes, but if you wait until the last minute to place an order, the items you want the most could all be reserved already.
Do you do walk-ins? How soon will my order be ready?
Yes, but please order beforehand! Your order will start to be prepared once you submit your payment. If there are other orders ahead of you, there may be a short wait before we can begin to work on your order. If we are making a delivery, there may be a longer wait.
What if the item I want is sold out?
We do everything possible to keep even the most in demand items in stock and will let you know if anything is unavailable once we review and begin to process your order. You can request an alternate item or ask us to substitute the sold out item for another popular choice on your behalf. If you need large quantities, place your order in advance so we can prepare to accommodate your request.
Can I custom order specific styles, decorations, and shapes for treats and cakes?
Yes! Custom colors or decorations that stray from our normal assortment must be custom ordered at least 2 weeks in advance. We have a variety of resources for shapes to choose from that are not currently on display. Custom shapes will require custom molds to be made and require additional lead time. Minimum order quantities and additional charges may apply depending on the request.
We are able to decorate using your logo for your special event. Licensed decorations are only available to license holders (NBA, NFL, NHL, collegiate labels, privately owned brands and logos, etc.). We do not offer screen printing. All items are meticulously decorated by hand. Minimum order quantities and additional charges may apply depending on the request.
