Shipping & Handling or Delivery

If your order has already shipped or is en route for local delivery, the shipping & handling or delivery fee may not be refunded. A separate shipping & handling or delivery fee may apply if you are unable to receive the order during the initial delivery attempt.

All unused items for return or exchange must be sent to 776 East Pacific Street, Carson, CA 90745 in new condition for processing. Tracked shipping or hand delivery is encouraged. Used items may not be accepted or may incur fees for cleaning or repair. You may be responsible for the cost of returning an item to the address above and additional shipping & handling or delivery fees

Exchanges

You may exchange unused non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase in new condition. Unused non-perishable holiday specific or birthday themed items may only be exchanged in new condition for a similar item of another size or color before the intended day of use. Used items may not be accepted or may incur fees for cleaning or repair. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the item and additional shipping & handling or delivery fees.

Made-to-order items, final sale items, and perishable goods such as treats and cakes are not eligible for exchange unless we determine the item is defective. If an item is deemed defective, we may choose to repair, exchange, replace, refund, or provide store credit for the effected item at our discretion. You will not be responsible for the cost of returning an item that we determine to be defective.

Returns

You may return unused non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase in new condition to receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire. Used items may not be accepted or may incur fees for cleaning or repair. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the item and additional shipping & handling or delivery fees.

Cancellations

You may cancel an item or service with at least 72 hours advance notice to receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire. You may request to postpone or reschedule your service, order pickup, or delivery date with at least 24 hours advance notice. Services cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice risk forfeiture.

Made-to-order items and final sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

If we are unable to provide a product or service by a previously agreed upon date, or a similar substitution within a reasonable time frame, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may request a refund of the purchase price in its original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

Store credits and gift cards do not expire and are not eligible for refund.

Shipping & handling and delivery costs are non-refundable once your item has been shipped or a delivery attempt is in progress.
